This landmark deal represents the largest office transaction in the GTA West Market over the past 24 months.

Chris+Adam partnered with Gord Cook and Victor Cotic on this project. The property was a design-build industrial building, that was then converted to flex office. We were able to secure Geotab for all 88,000 SF and as a result, Cooper was then able to package this deal and sell the property to private, long-term investor. In under 2 years, our client, Cooper Construction was able to purchase a building, renovate, lease and flip for a healthy return.
